The total project cost amounted to seventy-two million pounds, covering a comprehensive range of work. This included excavation, concrete work, finishing, and the installation of electrical and mechanical systems. Additionally, the project encompassed the construction of a football field, basketball court, and other playground facilities. As part of the safety infrastructure, a fire-resistant water tank was also built. The project was led by SCAS as the general contractor, with Elsewedy Electric as the owner.

CBD

The general contractor and owner of the project is Mountain View Company. Forward Company has been tasked with the implementation, while the general consultant overseeing the project is Muharram Bakhoum (ACE).

The project is managed by SCAS Construction and Finishing Company as the general contractor, with United Egy Company serving as the implementation contractor. .
